The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is run by a small team of dedicated literature enthusiasts working full- and part-time out of Dar Al Adaab, our home in the Al Shindagha Historic Neighbourhood, and supported by an ever-changing body of interns and volunteers. As most of our budget goes toward delivering the best events we can, the number of year-round paid positions is small; such vacancies as arise will be posted here.
We are currently recruiting for a number of paid and unpaid positions, including the founding staff for the Dubai International Writers’ Centre.
